When life feels heavy, it can leave us overwhelmed, hopeless, or shut down. Guilt, shame, family stress, financial worries, and relationship struggles can take so much energy that it feels impossible to create real change or build the connections you want.
As your therapist, my goal is to help you understand what’s keeping you stuck and give you tools to move forward. Together, we’ll uncover the roots of your pain, build greater self-awareness, and create new ways of relating that bring more ease, confidence, and connection — both with yourself and with the people who matter most.
My Approach
Often our deepest fears come from reliving painful moments, even when we don’t realize it. Together, we’ll uncover those hidden fears and learn to calm the overwhelming emotions they bring. I’ll help you see yourself more clearly—beyond the blind spots that may be holding you back—so you can make lasting changes that ease depression, reduce anxiety, and strengthen your relationships with yourself and others.
With couples, I use a blend of relational techniques and the PACT approach, which combines insights from attachment theory, brain science, and emotional regulation. At the heart of this work is a strong, supportive, and trusting relationship between us.
